Pastor Herb and his wife Joann Williams have 8 children. They have been involved in evangelism and pastoring for over 20 years. Herb has a B.A. degree in Journalism and a Masters degree in Religious Education. Born and raised in Texas he moved to Elizabethtown, KY in 1992 to pastor New Hope Community Church. His desire is to see individuals and families come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior and walk in the fullness of His joy and blessings.
